1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized or bulk orders may take extra processing time depending on the complexity and quantity.

2. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post to ensure reliable deliveries across India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999: Standard shipping charges of ₹70 will apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional fee of ₹20.

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 2-5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team.
